Clinical Trials

Less stack. More trial.

  • Turn the protocol into a working study.
  • Keep sites and participants on protocol.
  • Build integrated analyses once. Run anytime.

Electronic data capture with the work around it in the same system. Use only what your study needs: start-up and site onboarding, eConsent and the participant portal, payments, devices and biospecimens, and monitoring. The protocol becomes a working study, with data flowing directly into analyses and reports.

Built for trials of every shape and size.

From small, investigator-initiated studies to large, multi-site trials. From academic research to pharmaceutical and medical device studies, including clinical trials connected to patient registries.

Studytrax has been outstanding for running several large-scale, NIH-supported clinical trials. The workflow automation keeps participant recruitment and study progress on track, dramatically reducing administrative burden.

Having both registry and clinical trial infrastructure in a single system streamlined our operations, facilitated data entry, and made analysis much more efficient. We’ve gotten super positive feedback from the clinical trial sites on the ease of using Studytrax for data collection.

Start-up. Protocol in, study out.

Study start-up doesn’t begin with a blank database. Bring us your protocol and schedule, and AI helps draft the forms, visit windows, branching logic, notifications, and site access in days rather than weeks. Your team reviews the complete study with ours before it goes live.

A repeatable process.

A proven start-up process, backed by a team that’s helped launch hundreds of studies and knows how to handle the unusual ones.

Sites, onboarded.

Role-based access for each site and study, with SOPs and training materials ready when sites open.

eConsent, configured.

Consent versions, electronic signatures, and re-consent built into the participant portal.

Ready before the first participant.

Walk through the study with our team, review workflows, and make adjustments before enrollment begins.

Conduct. Both sides of the trial. One record.

The study team runs the trial. Participants experience it. Studytrax connects both.

Sites.

Staff enter at the visit; queries and source verification run in the same place; adverse events log against the visit they happened in.

Participants.

One account for consent, reminders, outcomes from home, and messages to the coordinator. Payments issue when a visit or form is complete, without a spreadsheet.

Devices and samples.

Wearable and device readings land on the participant’s record next to the visit. Biotrax records each specimen against the same subject and visit, collected on the study schedule.

Results. Build the analysis while the study runs.

The protocol, the study, and the report live in one loop, and the analysis doesn’t have to wait for collection to end. Datasets, tables, and reports are built and validated during the study, then rerun against the right data at cutoff. Safety summaries, progress reports, and IRB reports come from the live study rather than being assembled by hand. Teams use the same reports to prepare DSMB packets.

The next protocol starts from everything this one produced.

Previous protocols, the live study, and the write-up don't sit in three tools. They're connected in Studytrax.

Compliant by default.

21 CFR Part 11 audit trail and electronic signatures. HIPAA, with a BAA. Role-based access scoped per study and per site. One compliance posture across the trial, the portal, the devices, and the samples in Biotrax.
